I pray daily rosaries, and use this, but I also opportunistically pray Aves throughout the day. I keep this fidget rosary in my pocket, and any time I stick my hand in my pocket and touch a bead, I remember and pray. It's a convenient size and goes everywhere with me. I like the memento mori theme, being a life actuary.
