West of the Moon, Fairytale Necklace

Welcome adventure with West of the Moon! Inspired by the classic Norse fairy tale, this necklace marries gold and silver chainmail with citrine beads that look like warm crystalline candlelight in a piece that's simply magical.
 
I began West of the Moon by linking sturdy gold- and silver-plated chainmail into a twenty-one inch collar of shimmering metal lace, finished with a matching lobster clasp for adjustability. Then I ornamented the chainmail lace by securing citrine Swarovski crystals on sturdy turned pins. These crystal drops shine smoothly like drops of tallow, reflecting the precious glow of the pale northern sun.
 
West of the Moon pairs well with parkas, princess gowns, and nightshirts. The sparkling silver, gold, and citrine flicker like candles in warm windows, ready to guide its bearer through the four winds and back to the warm hearth of home.
